Welcome to our Service Entity
In July 2025, CCS Disability Action adopted a new governance structure consisting of three organisations: a Head Trust, a Service Entity and a Foundation.
Our Service Entity, which is a charitable company, is officially known as CCS Disability Action Services Limited.
It provides all our disability support and services to disabled people and their whānau and employs all our staff across the whole of Aotearoa | New Zealand. Lifemark and Barrier Free also fall under the service entity and they offer fee-for-sevice consultancy.
Our experienced, dedicated and passionate team of board members governs our Service Entity. Their role is to ensure robust governance of all operations, to oversee the design of plans and budgets and to monitor performance, risk and assurance.

Our National Leadership Team provides strategic leadership and management of our services. They work alongside our staff ensuring our strategic frameworks are brought to life through the support we deliver to disabled people and their whānau across the country.
