Greg Rimmer-Hollyman

I am an experienced Non-Executive Director, Treasurer, Chairman, and Audit and Risk Committee Chair and member, with a career predominantly in the not-for-profit and public sectors. What matters to me is strong governance, accountability, and effective risk management that supports organisations to deliver meaningful impact. I bring extensive leadership experience in governance, risk management, and internal audit, including my role as Chief Internal Auditor for the Australian National Disability Insurance Agency. After a long career across Australia and South Africa, I have recently retired to New Zealand.

I have chosen to serve as a Board member to contribute my experience in governance, audit, and risk oversight to organisations committed to public and community outcomes. I currently serve as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at New Zealand Red Cross, and have held roles including independent member of the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee for CCS Disability Action Group, as well as positions across multiple public sector audit and risk committees. I bring strong financial and governance expertise, supported by my qualifications as a Certified Practising Accountant, Chartered Public Finance Accountant, Chartered Internal Auditor, and Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors in New Zealand, and I am committed to supporting Boards to strengthen oversight and performance.
