We are seeking applications for a Finance Lead role to support our teams across the country. This role will work across our regions to support and manage financial operations, ensuring consistency, accuracy and strategic alignment.
We have recently undertaken a significant change process in the structure of our organisation, and as a result our finance teams are now working in new ways to support the work of our organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about finance, enjoys working collaboratively and is ready to contribute to our evolving structure.
In this role, you’ll:
Lead or support finance related projects, process improvements and strategic initiatives
Assist and support finance teams with financial tasks
Provide hands on support for complex financial practices
Assist with monthly management reporting, and annual audit preparation.
You will be part of an organisation that takes a social, rather than medical approach, supporting disabled people to live their best lives. About you
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Have strong interpersonal and coordination skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
Have excellent oral and written communication skills
Are detail oriented, proactive and solution focused
Have a relevant tertiary qualification and as a minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a financial role.
