Job description

Hours: 2-year fixed term role. Part time, working 15 hours per week with flexible schedule

Location: All locations across New Zealand – either working remotely from your home or from one of our branch offices

At CCS Disability Action we are proud to be partnering with external agencies to deliver impactful training focused on disability awareness, inclusion and accessibility. This is a unique opportunity to influence positive change. To support this mahi, we’re looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to help us deliver high-quality training programmes that make a real difference.  

In this role, you’ll:

  • Coordinate and support the delivery of our external training programmes

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders and partners

  • Assist and support the development of future training opportunities

  • Provide administration support, including maintaining accurate records, training registers and contact databases, as well as processing and tracking invoices and expenses.

You will be part of an organisation that takes a social, rather than medical approach, supporting disabled people to live their best lives. We are guided by the Enabling Good Lives principles, shifting power and authority back to disabled people and their families, to increase choice and control in their lives.

About you

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Are highly organised and skilled in project coordination

  • Can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with confidence

  • Communicate clearly and build strong, respectful relationships

  • Are confident using Microsoft Office

  • Work well independently and collaboratively.

Bonus points if you bring:

  • Knowledge of disability inclusion or accessibility

  • Experience in the training sector

  • Experience with learning management systems and online training delivery.
