Ko Kate Single tōku ingoa.

I started with CCS Disability Action in July 2014 and have never looked back.

Having grown up primarily in Palmerston North, after graduating from Massey University I worked a variety of HR roles in the health sector before relocating to Wellington with my family.

My role with CCS Disability Action is varied and I love that no two days are the same! I lead the development and implementation of people-related strategies and practices that support our strategic direction, our kaupapa and our inclusive culture. I champion workplace culture, staff wellbeing, equity, learning and organisational development. My goal and passion to do what I can to ensure CCS Disability Action is a values-led, high performing and inclusive organisation where our people thrive.

I am incredibly blessed to be the proud Mum of four amazing children who continue to challenge, inspire and motivate me every day.
