This role offers you an exciting opportunity to lead and coordinate the delivery of a comprehensive regional training programme across the Midland region. Working closely with the Regional Leadership Team and National Training Team, you will identify training needs, develop and implement a Regional Training Plan, and ensure staff are supported to achieve their learning and development goals. You will play a key role in coordinating onboarding, delivering training initiatives, and ensuring high-quality, accessible learning experiences for staff.

In this role, you will:
Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the Regional Training Plan in alignment with national priorities.
Work closely with the Regional Leadership Team (RLT) to identify training needs and priorities across the region.
Maintain and support the use of the Learning Management System (Mātauranga), including enrolments, troubleshooting, and promoting learning opportunities.
Deliver and coordinate accessible training sessions (online and in-person), including logistics, facilitation, and quality assurance.
Monitor, track, and report on training participation, completion, and outcomes, including regular reporting to regional and national stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with managers, facilitators, and national teams to support training delivery and engagement.
Ensure training records and data are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with organisational requirements.

About you
We are looking for people who have:
Understanding of the disability sector and ability to relate to disabled people.
Experience in a learning and development, training coordination, or similar role, including working with Learning Management Systems.
Experience in monitoring, reporting, and maintaining data/records with high accuracy.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
Confidence in facilitating or supporting group training and learning sessions, or eLearning design. (Not essential)
