Job description Finance Administrator
Hours: Permanent, full-time (40 hours per week)
Join our finance team to undertake our region’s payroll and accounts processing, and to support a range of general financial responsibilities.

This position plays a key role in providing accurate, timely financial administration services and support, that contributes to the efficient management of the region’s finance and payroll systems. We will provide you with the support and development to apply your knowledge in accounts and thrive in this position.
As a Financial Administrator, you will:
Support the processing and administration of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, plus other general financial responsibilities.
Undertake the administration, preparation, processing and payments of the CCS Disability Action payroll system.

About you
Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following personal skills and attributes and professional skills and knowledge:
Excellent numerical, communication and organisational skills.
Proficient computer skills across a range of software including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel (essential), and other common applications.
Experience in using accounting and payroll software (preferably IMS and Accredo).
A can-do attitude, unerringly positive and a bright personality.
Professional approach to confidentiality and privacy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Up-to-date knowledge of payroll processes and relevant legislation.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks.
