Hours: Fixed term, full-time (32.5 hours per week)

Job specific information

We are looking for a Finance Administrator who can maintain a high standard of support for our staff and ensure smooth day-to-day running of the Finance Team. The role is based in Tauranga, but will be covering the Bay of Plenty, Tairawhiti Hawkes Bay and Waikato Regions. This is Fixed term position, which ends on 31st July 2027.

About you

The ideal candidate will:

  • Provide friendly, efficient and proactive services.

  • Efficient in Financial Data Processing in Accredo.

  • Assist the Finance team to support the Region.

  • Be proficient with Microsoft suite.

  • Understanding accounting procedures and practices.

  • Be a team player.

  • Provide backup for the Payroll team if required.
