Hours: Permanent part-time (Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 2pm)

We are a busy team who support disabled people both in our office and out in the community. Our office is also the only place north of Auckland that can process disability parking permits (other than online).
This role is a customer-facing one, responding to enquiries from the public and professionals, by phone, email or face-to-face.
As an Administrator, you will:
Work in our reception area, providing support to visitors and processing mobility parking permits.
Help provide a friendly, welcoming and inclusive space for visitors and staff.
Provide colleagues with administrative support, as required.
Ensure our fleet of pool cars is maintained, including registration and WOF.
Complete weekly administrative tasks, including health and safety, banking, and managing phone calls and emails.
With the support of our Service Manager and the whole team, you’ll:
Deliver high-quality, person-centred assistance that promotes independence, well-being, and connection to the community.

About you
We are looking for people who:
Value an individualised approach to customer service that is responsive, welcoming and inclusive.
Have a strengths-based approach to supporting disabled people and their whānau.
Can work well independently and also as part of a team.
Can prioritise tasks well, manage a varied workload independently and meet daily deadlines.
Lived experience of disability is an advantage.
Relevant training/qualifications would be an advantage, but not essential. We will provide a robust orientation and training programme.
