Accessible meeting rooms hire

CCS Disability Action Auckland offers three fully accessible spaces of varying capacity for hire.

These venues are available for corporate, not-for-profit and charitable organisations (no private functions) to hire, seven days a week. Our location is 14 Erson Avenue, Royal Oak, conveniently located within 15 minutes of the airport and Auckland CBD and close to both the Northern and Southern motorways.

Rooms available for hire

We offer two training rooms at the CCS Disability Action Offices – a training room for up to 30 people (Kauri), or a boardroom to cater for up to 15 people (Totara). Both meeting rooms have a small kitchenette at the rear (that can be closed off), with mini fridge, dishwasher, microwave, plates, cutlery, glasses, mugs and tea and coffee making facilities. We do not have stoves or ovens available. Bring your own coffee, tea, milk, sugar etc.

We also have a lounge room at Yarnton House for up to 30 people. 

Kauri room

This is our largest room which seats up to 30 people in theatre style.  Equipment in the room features a ceiling-mounted data projector and public address system.

Totara room

This is the smaller meeting room that seats up to 15 people in theatre style. There is a TV screen that can be used together with your laptop for presentations.

Yarnton House lounge room

This room is in Yarnton House. There is seating for a maximum of 30 people and up to five café-style tables. This lounge includes a kitchen containing: cups, saucers, plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses, mugs and dishwashing facilities (request keys if required). Bring your own coffee, tea, milk, sugar, etc.

Prices (excl GST)

Fees will be adjusted by CPI and Market rates on alternate years from 1 July each year and will be applicable to all bookings from that date.

Room hire times must include set-up/pack-down time. Please note half day rates apply to bookings of up to 4 hours.

Room hire includes:

Kauri and Totara meeting rooms
These rooms have a mini fridge, dishwasher, microwave, plates, cutlery, glasses, mugs and tea and coffee making facilities. Bring your own coffee, tea, milk, sugar etc.

Equipment available: microphone, sound system, electronic whiteboard, flip chart, markers, and data projector. There are no extra charges for this equipment but equipment must be specified on booking as there is limited availability.

Yarnton House
The Lounge Room includes a kitchen containing: cups, saucers, plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses, mugs, tea, coffee and dish washing facilities. Bring your own coffee, tea, milk, sugar etc.

Equipment available: whiteboard, flip chart, markers, and portable data projector. Booking of equipment is on a first come first served basis.

For each of these rooms, you will need to bring your own laptop. The password for our wireless connection is available from reception.
