Self Regulation Workshops

When children learn to self-regulate they have stronger friendships and relationships with others, are more able to pay attention and learn new things and deal better with the normal stresses and disappointments of daily life.

We can teach children to self-regulate and give them strategies to succeed both socially and academically.

Come and learn about the human brain in a simple fun and practical way that you can teach others. With this understanding you can learn why a person may be behaving in the way they are, and learn practical and fun strategies that really work.

Socially Speaking offers this dynamic course to families and professionals working with individuals who struggle with self-regulation and self-control.Be prepared for a practical and fun day.
