Job specific information
We have an exciting project management position available with our Lifemark team for someone to undertake plan review assessments and to manage key client relationships.
This is a hands-on role that involves reviewing architectural design plans against the voluntary Lifemark standards and then providing feedback and advice on the assessment results to architects and designers.
Most of this feedback takes place over Teams and you will be expected to lead the feedback process and discuss the outcomes and give advice to designers and project owners.
Full training will be provided on the Lifemark standards and using a customised assessment management system. Additionally, you will ensure client relationships are maintained through regular contact and follow up activity. This is a full-time role based in the Auckland office located on Karangahape road.

Ability to understand architectural drawing.
