About our services

Our ACC Living My Life work involves partnering with you with a team member who has a track-record delivering the outcomes that are important to you.

While our services will look different for each person, here are some of the common ways we can support you:

1. Pathway map

Together we can identify how you'd like your future to look and create a plan to make it happen.

2. Independent facilitation

What skills and knowledge do you need to make your vision for yourself a reality? We can help you get where you want to be.

3. Tailored supports

Where do you want to live? What would you like to do? Where do you want to go? Who do you want to be in your life? We'll find support solutions based on what a good life looks like for you.

4. Coaching to self-manage

If you're interested in the flexibility and freedom that comes with managing your support, we can work alongside you to tackle this successfully.

Our partners in this work

In this work with ACC we have partnered with two like-minded organisations across New Zealand. We work with Southern Rehab in the South Island and Active + in the North. Collectively, our focus is on working with people to develop skills, knowledge, the right supports and connections with local community.
